A university-driven Living Lab with a focus on plant-based food and food systems

At the University of Copenhagen, we execute world-class research within all aspects of plant-based food and food systems – from natural science and health to social science, the humanities and law.

Based on all of this knowledge, we want to partner up and co-create new solutions, ideas and concepts for the transition to a more plant-based food system.

Based on a case or a challenge, we bring together researchers and students across disciplines and relevant external partners to collaborate in finding new solutions to make the transition happen.

Student grants

The Living Lab offers funding for cross-disciplinary student projects and welcomes all ECTS projects and reports relevant for the transition to a more plant-based food system. Meet the students that have already received a student grant here.
