Plant-Based Food Production

Researchers from all of the university's faculties have gathered their forces with a sincere wish to describe research-based solutions to the green transition.  One of the proposed solutions is plant-based food production, and this proposal is the focal point of the first of a number of Green Solutions Centres ' Living Labs.

More plant-based food production can contribute to reducing greenhouse gases and at the same time contribute to reducing pesticide consumption, health financial savings and job creation.
